A surprise Gift and A BIG thank you

I just want to say thank you to the amazing person who left a special gift for me in a blue envelope and a flower card. You, whoever you are, are amazing. I will have to say that you have me baffled about who you might be because everyone I know knows I moved to a new house, at least I thought so.

I am thankful for our landlord who now lives in our previous home who called me and left this beautiful card full of encouragement and an amazing sacrificial gift to our family!!! Please know that when we come through this time, my husband and I have already agreed that we need to start a God fund account and bless others just the same...

Speaking of my Husband, he is now starting his own freelance company and I am so excited for him. Just pray for new business to miraculously flood in.

Feeling better on Sunday, we went out around town and took some web photos for him and his new business called novo design studio (Latin: 'make anew, refresh, revive, change, invent')

a little tidbit for the day

I want to send out a grand apology to everyone whom I am behind getting work to. With the craziness of my Husband's employer shutting the doors and my own illness, I have been under the weather and a bit scattered and really really not myself the last two weeks.

Even though I haven't been able to attend the last two weeks due to work and illness, And even though I have only been to study once...I am so thankful for my new bible study and knowing I feel a connection with these women and our desire to become more like Christ by studying His word and diving into a relationship with our Father in Heaven and being willing to pray for each others burdens.

We are all learning to trust, ask to forgive and to Give Up Our Prideful hearts... here is a poem that they sent to me, I love it!(also love Beth Moore, she is my hero) It is so good and true... just wanted to share... plus share a picture of my little darling with her best friend... . Enjoy

Autumn is here and I Love it!!!

I love the weather with the warm sun and cool breeze, the smells of fall and getting ready for the holiday season! Being at the mall so much in September and October, I discovered that William Sinoma has a wonderful mulling spice set that you can get to boil on the stove making your whole house smell amazing.
