I was one of the first set of eyes this little one saw as she came home from the hospital. I believe I arrived at her house around 5 minutes after they came home!!! I remember when she was a wee little peanut! How quickly 7 months pass and how fast our children change. I know that Sofi is going to treasure these pictures for the rest of her life!!! Looking back, you can see how much she has grown!

McKenna caught me in action... and oh I fell in love this day!!!!
THE MAMA "CLICK"

Our very first Mama "CLICK" was a great success aside from a bit of technical difficulties and minor home emergencies and my papers blowing down a steep cliff and me twisting my ankle in my high heel flip flops trying to go get them and the projector decided not to work and projecting images upside down! Everything seemed to flow really well! WE had some amazing giveaways that even shocked me! Thanks Cris for that!!!

Thanks Kim for opening up your beautiful home and for being so understanding and flexible! Thanks for lending us your beautiful photogenic daughter for a bit! If any of my "Click"moms are reading this, you will receive a package in the mail soon... Plus it would be good for others to read if you want to leave a comment about the class.
We had visits from my husband's family these past three weeks, and I decided to paint our front door a golden yellow. Not sure what the neighbors are going to think, but I love it! For now that is.McKenna and I took our babies out for a session a few weeks ago and I tell you what, I was way off my game that day! My stomach was hurting so bad and it shows in all the images I took that day! It is supernatural what can come through the lens from my body and how connected I feel during a session!

Mckenna and I have worked on several more sessions together. She has really grown as an artist and a photographer this month to the point where we are happy to announce that she will officially be Evolve's new Senior Associate Photographer and will be taking her own clients starting May 1st, 2009.

Our images here in this blog, I bet you can't tell the difference between my pictures and hers. Only if you know the difference Nikon and Canon's picture quality, would you be able to. I am so proud of her growth and especially her hard work and determination to know her camera and to keep growing while studying and practicing. Of course we both don't know everything yet and I hope to always grow! Kudos to McKenna for everything!!!
McKenna and I are also make-up artists and during our new package sessions, we will be offering Hair and make-up which can be added to your session. Here's McKenna in Action!
